Executive Coaching & Leadership Support

For CEOs, founders and senior leaders navigating the everyday demands of leadership.

Our work together offers a steady, confidential space to think clearly, talk honestly and lead with greater intention and ease.

The reality of leadership

Much of the responsibility and complexity of leadership isn’t always visible from the outside.

You’re balancing strategy, people, values and external pressure, often at the same time.

Decisions accumulate. Communication requires ongoing care. Over time, the cognitive and emotional load of leadership grows, even when things are going well.

Many leaders don’t reach out because something is broken. They reach out because they can sense that something could be clearer, more aligned or simply easier to carry than it is now.

How I work

I work with CEOs, founders and senior leaders in an ongoing partnership that blends executive coaching and leadership support, shaped by what the moment requires.

Our work together provides space to:

  • Think clearly about decisions and priorities

  • Talk honestly about what you’re carrying

  • Navigate people and communication dynamics with greater steadiness

  • Lead in a way that feels intentional rather than reactive

Some conversations focus on slowing down and clarifying what matters. Others are more advisory, pressure-testing decisions or preparing for important conversations.

All of the work is private, confidential and grounded in real leadership context.

Experience & perspective

My approach is shaped by over a decade of experience working as part of the executive leadership team inside a complex, multi-site healthcare organization, supporting strategy, culture and executive communication through periods of growth and change.

I understand:

  • The pressure of leadership that doesn’t clock out

  • The politics and relational dynamics that shape decisions

  • The human side of leadership that rarely makes it into formal conversations

That lived context matters. It allows us to move quickly, speak honestly and stay grounded in reality.

I am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and integrate strengths-based leadership into my work when it’s useful, always in service of the leader and the moment at hand.

Next step

If you’re sensing that your leadership could feel clearer or lighter than it does now, I’d be glad to connect.
